The service is provided by [Full name of the individual, or company name, and company ID if any], at [postal address] (the “Provider”). By registering you accept these terms.

1. The service

We provide VPN access through servers in Bulgaria using WireGuard and OpenVPN. The number of devices, the monthly traffic allowance (if your plan has one) and the option to choose your exit IP address depend on the plan you choose and are stated in it.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee any particular speed, uninterrupted operation or access to specific sites and services, because third parties may block VPN addresses. We are not liable for interruptions that are not our fault.

2. Your account and security

Keep your password and configuration files to yourself, do not share them and do not resell access. You are responsible for everything done through your account. The configurations of your devices (including their private keys) are stored by us encrypted so you can view or download them again. If you suspect they have leaked, create new keys from your account. If you lose them, remove the device and create a new one.

If you ask for a one-time link when you create a device, the configuration is kept encrypted for 15 minutes and deleted the first time it is opened. Anyone who receives the link can see the configuration, so send it only to yourself. You can set an end date on a device. When it passes, the device is switched off.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for:

• breaking the law, including illegal content and infringing copyright and related rights;
• attacks on networks and systems, port scanning, distributing malware;
• spam, phishing, fraud and payments with someone else’s or stolen payment methods;
• harassment, threats and other acts that harm third parties;
• overloading the service or getting around the limits of your plan.

4. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms we may suspend or end your access and, in serious cases, notify the competent authorities. In those cases no refund is given. You can delete your account at any time from the “Profile” section.

5. Payment and refunds

All payments are one-time and prepaid for the period you choose. We will never charge you automatically when your plan ends. Access is extended only when you pay for a new period. Prices and currency are shown when you choose a plan.

If your plan has a monthly traffic allowance and you use it up, your devices are switched off until the start of next month or until you change plan. The paid period is not extended because of this.

The administrator may offer you a personal plan, which is visible to and can be bought only from your account.

6. Reviews

If you have or have had a plan, you can leave a review. It is published on the site after we check it, with the name you gave, your rating and your text. A review must be yours, truthful and free of insults, other people’s personal data and advertising. We may refuse or remove a review that does not meet this. You can edit or delete your review at any time. After an edit it is checked again.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for what you do with the service. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current period, as far as the law allows. [Have the limitation checked by a lawyer.]

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in your account before they take effect.
