We do not allow the service to be used for illegal or harmful activity (see the Terms of Use), including attacks, spam, phishing, fraud and distributing malware.

Reporting abuse

What we do

We review every report, suspend offenders when a violation is confirmed and cooperate with the competent authorities as the law requires. We do not monitor the content of connections, so we rely on reports and on checking the specific case. [Response time.]

When a violation is confirmed we suspend the offender’s devices or account. What was paid for the current period is not refunded.
