You use the official free apps. Download them from the official sites and stores, import the configuration from your account, and connect with one button.

Which app to choose

Both are free. If you are not sure, start with WireGuard.

WireGuard

The recommended choice: fast, easy on the battery and connects almost instantly. Works on all major systems.

OpenVPN Connect

For devices and networks where WireGuard is not available or is blocked. A little slower, but very compatible.

Setup step by step

First add a device in your account, under “Devices”. The configuration is shown only once.

Phone or tablet (iOS and Android)

In your account open “Devices”, choose WireGuard and press “Create configuration”. A QR code appears.

Open the WireGuard app, press the “+” button, then “Scan QR code”.

Name the connection and allow adding a VPN configuration when the phone asks.

Switch it on. A key or VPN icon appears in the status bar.

Windows and macOS

In your account create a device and press “Download” to save the file (.conf for WireGuard or .ovpn for OpenVPN).

WireGuard: “Add Tunnel” (import tunnel from file) and choose the file. OpenVPN Connect: “Upload File”, choose the file and “Add”.

Press “Activate” or “Connect”.

Linux

WireGuard (Debian and Ubuntu):

OpenVPN:

sudo apt install openvpn

Router

Many routers have a WireGuard or OpenVPN client. Open the configuration file and enter the same details in the router settings: the device address, the private key, the server’s public key, the server address and port, and allowed addresses 0.0.0.0/0.

How to check it works

Once connected, open an IP-check site in your browser, for example ifconfig.me. You should see a Bulgarian address, not your home one.

Common problems

It does not connect

In your account check that the subscription is active, the device shows “Active” and this month’s traffic is not used up. Also check that the date and time on the device are correct. If it still fails, try the other protocol or another exit IP address.

I lost the configuration

The private key is not stored on our server and cannot be shown again. Remove the device from your account and create a new one.

The connection is slow

Try WireGuard if you use OpenVPN, or choose another exit IP address. On a mobile network, switching to Wi‑Fi sometimes helps.

How many devices can I connect?

As many as your plan allows. You can see the limit in your account, under “Overview”.
